★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastei um valor considerável e o problema não foi resolvido e ainda fez pouco caso de quando pontuei tal ocorrência, praticamente jogou em mim a culpa do seu serviço não ter reparado a necessidade no veículo.
Levando de outro mecânico por recomendação de conhecidos (considerando que na mecânica WGR levei por urgência pesquisando o mais próximo de minha residência) o mesmo me solicitou a peça anterior que foi trocada e para minha surpresa, a mecânica WGR havia descartado (sem consentimento algum de minha parte), tendo noção que a peça que ele trocou poderia não ser o problema e que eventualmente me devolveria ela e o dinheiro (como a peça foi descartada, já não tenho o direito a estorno)

Taking it from another mechanic on the recommendation of acquaintances (considering that in WGR mechanics I took it urgently searching for the one closest to my residence) he asked me for the previous part that was changed and, to my surprise, the WGR mechanics had discarded it (without any consent from my part), realizing that the part he exchanged might not be the problem and that he would eventually return it and the money (as the part was discarded, I no longer have the right to a chargeback)
