★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é amplo, o ambiente é ótimo, a recepção do Dono é maravilhosa, a música então não se fala. O único ponto negativo foi a comida, veio fria. Mas tirando isso, foi perfeito.
The place is wide, the atmosphere is great, the Owner's reception is wonderful, the music is not talked about. The only negative point was the food, it was cold. But other than that, it was perfect.

Só deveriam melhorar a quantidade de banheiros masculino, climatizar a área de drinks e a segurança na portaria deveria tratar as pessoas com mais flexibilidade e respeito não tratar como se as pessoas fossem meliantes ou vagabundos.
Fora isso super recomendo o local pois tem bebidas geladas e drinks excelentes.
Excellent place, good music, ample space.
They should only improve the number of men's toilets, air-conditioning the drinks area and security at the concierge should treat people with more flexibility and respect, not treating them as if they are miscreants or vagrants.
Other than that I highly recommend the place because it has cold drinks and excellent drinks.

If you stay on the top floor, you'll have a great view of the waterfront, food is good, price is good, it's worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 8 de maio (dia das mães) fomos ate o local e passamos pela pior experiência em toda vida. Pedimos 4 moquecas e 2 chapas por indicação da garçonete e chegou apenas 1 moqueca, isso com atraso de mais ou menos 2 horas para servir apenas 1 prato sendo que éramos 9 pessoas.
Todas as bebidas servidas estavam quentes, quando pedimos gelo para garçonete ela virou as costas para gente, tivemos que pedir comida de outro restaurante ao lado, que mesmo lotado rapidamente nos serviu. É triste você levar sua família para um local que se mostra ser super preparado para atender clientes, mas na verdade somos tratados como animais.
Inclusive no bufê as pessoas estavam comendo restos de comida, ESTAVAM SERVINDO PESCOÇO DE GALINHA, espero que melhorem daqui pra frente é que tenham mais respeito com seus clientes.
On May 8th (Mother's Day) we went to the place and had the worst experience in our lives. We ordered 4 moquecas and 2 plates on the recommendation of the waitress and only 1 moqueca arrived, that was about 2 hours late to serve only 1 dish when we were 9 people.
All drinks served were hot, when we asked the waitress for ice she turned her back on us, we had to order food from another restaurant next door, which even crowded quickly served us. It's sad that you take your family to a place that appears to be super prepared to serve customers, but in fact we are treated like animals.
Even at the buffet people were eating leftover food, THEY WERE SERVING CHICKEN NECK, I hope they get better from now on and that they have more respect for their customers.
