★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei corte as 9h no sábado (horário que a barbearia abre), cheguei as 8:55 e o barbeiro já estava atendendo outro cliente. Fiquei 25min esperando para ser atendido e decidi ir embora.
Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito, além de não respeitar o meu tempo pelo atraso (tinha compromisso depois), passaram outra pessoa na minha frente como se fosse mais importante que eu.
Continuo respeitando pois o corte é bom, mas pela falta de respeito não vou mais.
I scheduled a haircut at 9 am on Saturday (when the barbershop opens), I arrived at 8:55 am and the barber was already attending to another customer. I waited 25 minutes to be served and decided to leave.
I found a tremendous lack of respect, in addition to not respecting my time for being late (I had an appointment later), someone else passed in front of me as if he was more important than me.
I continue to respect it because the cut is good, but due to the lack of respect I won't go anymore.
