Desde o dia 24/08 foi dado entrada na documentação da moto e até hoje dizem que não esta pronto ainda .
Por favor preciso que agilize esse processo , pois não posso ficar com a moto parada.
Se não vou ter que tomar outras providencias.
Good afternoon, I want to make a complaint because I have my bike stopped and cannot walk because of the delayed document.
Since August 24, the bike's documentation has been entered and even today they say it's not ready yet.
Please, I need you to speed up this process, because I can't keep the bike stopped.
If not, I will have to take other measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo , Nao recomendo , nunca entregam o documento que agente manda fazer , são mt enrolados , não indico , perca de tempo levar documentos pra eles resolver.
Very bad, I don't recommend it, they never deliver the document that the agent orders them to do, they are mt rolled up, I don't indicate, waste time taking documents for them to solve.
