★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência nesse estabelecimento hoje , já fui outras vezes e sempre demorou, mais dessa vez passaram dos limites, fiquei 50 minutos esperando uma porção de frango ,e quase não tinha gente , aí veio a mulher e falou que tinha que esperar mais uns 30 minutos ,porque o frango estava congelado, eu desistir ,pedi meu dinheiro de volta ,muita palhaçada com a cara da gente. Falta de compromisso com o cliente ,eu não volto nunca mais...
 I had a terrible experience in this establishment today, I went other times and it always took a while, but this time they went overboard, I was waiting 50 minutes for a portion of chicken, and there were almost no people, then the woman came and said I had to wait a few more 30 minutes, because the chicken was frozen, I gave up, asked for my money back, a lot of clowning with us. Lack of commitment to the client, I'll never come back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos ontem eu, minha irmã e sobrinhos. Pedimos frango com batata. Pedimos com cheddar e meu sobrinho não queria cheddar, então pedimos o chrddar à parte num copinho. Quando trouxeram a porção, esqueceram de colocar o cheddar à parte e meu sobrinho não queria . A moça se deu conta, voltou e trouxe uma porçãozinha pra ele sem cheddar e pediu desculpas pq esqueceu de colocar o cheddar à parte. Ótimo atendimento.
It was me, my sister and nephews yesterday. We ordered chicken with potato. We ordered with cheddar and my nephew did not want cheddar, so we ordered the chrddar separately in a small glass. When they brought the portion, they forgot to put the cheddar aside and my nephew did not want to. The girl realized, came back and brought him a small portion without cheddar and apologized because she forgot to put the cheddar aside. Great service.
