Vc consegue seus objetivos sem deixar de comer o que gosta ,sempre com moderação é claro. Em menos de um mês já consegui bons resultados, apesar de sair um pouco do foco rsrs...vou mim esforçar o máximo ,fazer tudo certinho pra alcançar meus objetivos ??
It was a wonderful experience, super competent professional, makes the patient super comfortable, without many restrictive measures. You achieve your goals while eating what you like, always in moderation of course. In less than a month I've already achieved good results, despite getting a little out of focus lol...
