★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professores são bons, e o aplicativo e muito bem feito porém os coordenadores são incompetentes ou possuem má intensão obter dinheiro sobre os alunos pois embora eu tenha pedido desligamento do Wiseup eles continuaram cobrando a mensalidade e embora entre em contato via email e por telefone, eles não corrigem ou intencionalmente ignoram.
Teachers are good, and the application is very well done however the coordinators are incompetent or have bad intentions to get money on the students because even though I have requested to shutdown Wiseup they have continued to charge the monthly fee and although they contact via email and phone, they do not correct or intentionally ignore.

Me encheram o saco para eu fazer a matrícula, quando eu fiz a matrícula me disseram que eu podia parcelar o material didático no boleto se eu pagasse uma entrada (e foi o que eu fiz), fiz a matrícula no dia 06/11/2018, no mesmo dia me ligaram dizendo que não poderia parcelar o material para mim porque eu tinha restrições no CPF e me disseram que eu teria que pagar a vista, eu me recusei e disse que não iria mais cursar ali pelo constrangimento, pois na hora que eu paguei a matrícula e a entrada do material não informaram nada disso. Solicitei a devolução do que foi pago (matricula + material) e eles demoraram 15 dias para devolver o que eu paguei de matrícula e ainda não me devolveram o valor do material (escrevo isso em 05/12/2018), mesmo cobrando diariamente!!!
TERRIBLE!! They pissed me off so I could enroll, when I enrolled I was told that I could split the didactic material in the boleto if I paid an entry (and that's what I did), I enrolled on 11/6/2018 , on the same day they called me saying they could not divide the material for me because I had restrictions on the CPF and they told me that I would have to pay the cash, I refused and said that I would no longer attend because of the embarrassment, because at the time I paid the registration fee and the entry of the material did not inform any of this. I requested the return of what was paid (registration + material) and it took them 15 days to return what I paid for registration and they still haven't returned the value of the material (I write this on 12/05/2018), even charging daily !! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi a pior !! Matriculei minha filha mas ela teve problema de saúde e precisou desistir , no contrato eles fazem vc pagar mais um mês e os dias também ! E quanto ao material que é uma fortuna eles quando vendem pra vc é na própria escola com a Gisele e na hora de devolver aí vc fica louca , pois só se comunica por e-mail em outro estado , recebe apenas pelos livros que não abriu e paga uma taxa de mais de 300 reais espera mais de 40 dias , um absurdo
