Fui três vezes e nunca me atenderam só pediam meu telefone é nunca me retornavam, uma total falta de respeito com os clientes.
Agora os meus filhos e sobrinhos estão matriculados na CNA, e fui muito bem atendido, diferente da Wizard que tem péssimos profissionais para atender o público. Na verdade a Wizard Guaianases deveria procurar o Sebrae para fazer um curso para capacitar essas pessoas de como se lida com a parte comercial, não adianta colocar um inepto para o cargo.
Bad First Impression!
* I do not recommend Wizard Guaianases!
I went three times and they never answered me, they only asked for my phone number and never got back to me, a total lack of respect for customers.
Now my children and nephews are enrolled at CNA, and I was very well attended, unlike Wizard who has terrible professionals to serve the public. In fact, Wizard Guaianases should look for Sebrae to take a course to train these people on how to deal with the commercial part, it's no use putting an inept for the position.
