★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendaram a prova/entrevista pro meu nível, enviaram o endereço por e-mail e depois eu conferi no Google, quando eu chego lá não é lá, simplesmente mudaram. Depois me ligaram 1 semana depois perguntando se eu queria fazer a entrevista, como se eu já não tivesse marcado e ido, mas no endereço que eles disponibilizaram e não alteraram em lugar algum. E detalhe, eu liguei por 3x e ninguém me atendeu. Imagina se fosse assunto urgente de Aluno????? Esse tipo de assistência que eles dão? Achei um descaso total. Um absurdo.
They scheduled the test / interview for my level, sent the address by email and then I checked it on Google, when I get there it's not there, they just changed. Then they called me 1 week later asking if I wanted to do the interview, as if I hadn't already scheduled and gone, but at the address they provided and didn't change anywhere. And detail, I called 3x and no one answered. Imagine if it was an urgent matter for Student ????? That kind of assistance do they give? I found total disregard. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me matriculei na franquia da parada inglesa (Tucuruvi)em São Paulo foi uma Péssima escolha,venderam um curso com material diferente do qual me apresentaram,cobraram no cartão na data errada do combinado, a data do início das aulas colocaram errada e formato da aula foi péssimo, começou atrasada e a professora completamente despreparada com o sistema.
I enrolled in the English parade franchise (Tucuruvi) in São Paulo, it was a terrible choice, they sold a course with different material than what they presented to me, they charged the card on the wrong date, the start date of the classes put it wrong and the format of the class it was terrible, started late and the teacher was completely unprepared with the system.
