★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo atendimento!Meu esposo comprou uma tv que alem de ser muito cara veio com defeito.ainda estava na garantia quando ele reclamou com a dona da loja e a mesma nao deu atencao e parece que fez questao de demorar a responder só para dar os 3 meses e perder a garantia de troca.passados os 3 meses e a garantia de troca perdida,a dona da loja pegou a tv e levou para o conserto em juiz de fora e até agora nao deu noticia da tv e o pior que continuo pagando.injustica!! infelizmente jogaram na sorte por que eu vou denuncia-los no procon.
My husband bought a tv that besides being very expensive came with a defect. it was still under warranty when he complained to the owner of the store and it did not pay attention and it seems that he made a point of responding just to give the 3 months and lose the exchange guarantee. After the 3 months and the lost exchange guarantee, the owner of the store took the tv and took it for repair in an outside judge and so far has not given notice of the tv and the worst I am still paying. injustice!! unfortunately they played lucky because I am going to report them in the procon.
