hoje fiz contato 7 vezes na empresa tentando suporte, e a unica reposta é que eles não estão conseguindo contato com o supervisor da região, pq é o único com autonomia pra resolver o problema, pois bem como uma empresa com o porte da Wkve deixa a responsabilidade com apenas um supervisor? Em caso de não conseguir contato o cliente que se lasque rsrsr

No momento da contrataçao prometeram instalar em no maximo 10 dias e que o horario de instalaçao seria flexivel, mas é puro engodo. O 0800 nao atende de maneira alguma. Não há desculpa de viabilidade pois na residência ja houve morador anterior com internet da mesma empresa. Aguardo resposta. No escritorio disseram ter agendado instalaçao com o técnico e nunca apareceu ninguém.
