Comprei pra reserva uma botija que ao usá-la percebi que estava com a carga a baixo da totalidade ( pelo mostrador do regulador de gás). Entrei em contato após duas semanas de ter adquirido informando o ocorrido e que a botija fora comprada pra reserva sendo usada duas semanas depois.
Enfim, pediram que eu observasse se realmente diminuiria no mostrador ou se manteria naquele percentual, usando o gás por mais de 10 dias e diminuindo ainda mais (veio marcando meia carga no início) então me deram outra botija cheia.
Realmente valorizou aquém do normal o cliente. Por isso recomendo, confiança nessa empresa.

I bought a spare bottle that when using it I realized that the charge was below all (by the dial of the gas regulator). I got in touch after two weeks of purchasing the report and that the bottle was purchased for reservation and used two weeks later.
Anyway, I was asked to see if it would actually decrease on the display or stay on that percentage, using the gas for more than 10 days and decreasing even more (it was half-loading at the beginning) so they gave me another full cylinder.
Really valued below normal the customer. That's why I recommend trust in this company.

Mandaram o galão e agora que fui efetuar outra compra no mesmo lugar ( WL), fui surpreendido com a não aceitação do vasilhame e ainda dito que o mesmo estava vencido. Mostrei a conversa do whatsapp comprovando que havia pedido o produto ali da vez anterior 16/12/21. Mesmo assim não aceitaram o galão dizendo que não tinha a logomarca ( mensagem que é gravada por cada revenda para identificação). Até aí tudo bem, ninguém é obrigado a confiar em mim né, mas a questão é que o galão ainda não venceu, legalmente está dentro do prazo, independente se eu tivesse comprado em qualquer lugar na vez anterior ( o que não foi o caso), ainda sim estaria com direito de comprar na WL. Hoje é dia 27/12/2021- validade do vasilhame é 12/2021 ou seja, além de não confiar no que eu estava dizendo, não aceitou um vasilhame que está dentro do prazo de validade, sim perto do fim que seria dia 31/12, mas NÃO VENCIDO como foi dito!!!!
Manifestei minha insatisfação deixando claro que não volto mais ao local.
I ordered a gallon of water for delivery. They sent the gallon and now that I went to make another purchase in the same place (WL), I was surprised by the non-acceptance of the container and even told that it was expired. I showed the whatsapp conversation, proving that I had ordered the product there the previous time 12/16/21. Even so, they did not accept the gallon saying that it did not have the logo (a message that is recorded by each retailer for identification). So far so good, no one is obliged to trust me right, but the point is that the gallon hasn't expired, it's legally on time, regardless if I had bought it anywhere the previous time (which wasn't the case) , would still be entitled to buy at WL. Today is 12/27/2021- expiration date of the container is 12/2021, that is, in addition to not trusting what I was saying, you did not accept a container that is within the expiration date, but near the end, which would be on 31/ 12, but NOT LOSER as stated!!!!
I expressed my dissatisfaction, making it clear that I will never return to the site.
