★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Moto One Hyper que estava com a tela quebrada para trocar. Depois de deixar o aparelho recebi uma ligação do técnico dizendo que não era necessário trocar toda a tela e sim o vidro. Como ele não era especializado (pois precisa de um equipamento que ele não tem) me sugeriu outra empresa.
O detalhe é que o vidro custa metade do valor da tela inteira. Ele preferiu ser honesto comigo a ganhar o valor da troca da tela inteira (que esse sim ele faria).
Quantas pessoas fazem isso hoje em dia e ainda mais na situação que estamos onde ninguém quer perder trabalho? Ganhou mil pontos comigo e hoje super indico o trabalho deles.
I took my Moto One Hyper that had a broken screen to change it. After leaving the device I received a call from the technician saying that it was not necessary to change the entire screen, but the glass. As he was not specialized (because he needs equipment he doesn't have) he suggested another company.
The detail is that the glass costs half the value of the entire screen. He preferred to be honest with me rather than earn the full screen exchange fee (which he would do).
How many people do this today and even more so in the situation where we are where no one wants to lose work? He won a thousand points with me and today I recommend them.
