WALDEIR, o dono do local não cumpre com os prazos e nem da satisfação. Deixei meu notebook durante três dias para consertar a tela. Um dia antes de buscar, ele me mandou mensagem dizendo que eu poderia buscar a tarde. Quando cheguei lá para buscar, simplesmente uma outra pessoa me devolveu meu computador falando que ele mandou avisar que não tinha como consertar. Fiquei sem meu computador durante três dias para ele não fazer nada e nem avisar. Fez o maior descaso. Cara sem comprometimento nenhum. Tremenda falta de repeito com o cliente. Falta de profissionalismo. Não sabe lidar com pessoas... NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!
Terrible attendance!
WALDEIR, the owner of the place does not meet the deadlines or satisfaction. I left my notebook for three days to fix the screen. One day before fetching, he texted me that I could fetch the afternoon. When I got there to pick it up, simply someone else handed me back my computer saying that he sent word that he couldn't fix it. I was without my computer for three days for him to do anything and not warn. Made the biggest disregard. Dude without any commitment. Tremendous lack of respect for the customer. Lack of professionalism. Cannot handle people ... DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
