★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Queria ver um imóvel em Campo Grande. A pessoa que me atendeu (corretora) disse q ficava muito distante (Barra) e que não conseguiria atender no dia que eu precisava . Jogou pra outra corretora que nunca me ligou. Depois marcou comigo no dia seguinte dizendo q tinha antecipado a visita pra me atender e q ia de brt. Ofereço carona, marco horário e 25 minutos antes do horário combinado ela pergunta se vou voltar pro Recreio. Digo q não e ela desmarca alegando que tinha um compromisso as 18 e que não daria tempo... oras! Ela não sabia do compromisso antes? Como faria se cumprisse a palavra inicial e fosse de o ônibus? Não teria que voltar do mesmo jeito?
É um absurdo atras do outro. Um desrespeito ao cliente. É inadmissível sermos tratados como se estivéssemos pedindo um favor.
Se a relação já começa assim imagina depois???
Inquilinos: apenas não aceitem esse tipo de coisa. Não aluguem.
Proprietários: não coloquem seus imóveis nas mãos dessa administradora. Já deu pra ver pq talvez seu imóvel demore a ser locado né?!
 Terrible attendance. I wanted to see a property in Campo Grande. The person who attended to me (broker) said that I was very distant (Barra) and that I would not be able to attend on the day I needed it. He played for another broker that never called me. Then he made an appointment with me the next day saying that he had anticipated the visit to attend me and that he was going to. I offer a ride, an appointment and 25 minutes before the scheduled time, she asks if I'm going back to Recreio. I say no and she deselects it, claiming she had an appointment at 6 pm and that there would be no time ... why! Didn't she know about the appointment before? How would you do if you kept the initial word and went on the bus? Wouldn't you have to come back anyway?
It is absurd after the other. Disrespect for the customer. It is unacceptable to be treated as if we are asking for a favor.
If the relationship already starts like this, imagine then ???
Tenants: Just don't accept that kind of thing. Don't rent.
Owners: do not put your properties in the hands of this administrator. You can already see why maybe your property will take longer to rent right ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Falta de comunicação interna, acham que você tem que saber qual setor cuida do que. Não lêem email. Querem resolver as coisas por telefone para não ter a formalização das reclamações.
Concordo com a avaliação do Marcelo Souza no que tange a falta de empatia e comunicação, se justificando sempre com as cláusulas contratuais, como se os inquilinos ficassem sempre com o contato de baixo do braço. Acredito que não custa enviar um email justificando as alterações nos valores cobrados.
É tanto problema que tenho com esta empresa, estou devolvendo o imóvel!
Terrible attendance! Lack of internal communication, they think you have to know which sector takes care of what. They don't read emails. They want to resolve things over the phone to avoid formalizing complaints.
I agree with Marcelo Souza's assessment regarding the lack of empathy and communication, always justifying himself with the contractual clauses, as if the tenants were always with the contact under the arm. I believe it does not cost to send an email justifying the changes in the amounts charged.
It is so much problem that I have with this company, I am returning the property!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incapacidade na resolução de problemas, estou com um vazamento há mais de dois anos em meu apartamento e até hj não conseguiram apresentar um solução eficaz para o problema. O pior é que me mandaram entrar em contato direto com o proprietário do apartamento que administram. Então tomem cuidado ao utilizar o serviço desta empresa, pois não possuem funcionários capacitados para mediação e resolução de problemas.
Inability to solve problems, I have had a leak for more than two years in my apartment and until today they have not been able to present an effective solution to the problem. The worst thing is that they told me to get in direct contact with the owner of the apartment they manage. So be careful when using the service of this company, as they do not have trained employees for mediation and problem solving.
