★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes, os atendimentos começam as 14:00 na parte da tarde, mas na verdade esse é o horário que eles dizem que começam, e ainda pra piorar, quem é recepcionista do local, colocam os seus parentes pra serem atendidos primeiro de que quem de fato chegou antes para garantir o seu lugar. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito. Um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, recepcionistas sem trato no atendimento, sem educação. As portas de entrada da empresa (a recepção) extremamente despreparada, cheguei a fazer cadastro três vezes, desmontando desorganização! Sugiro (urgentemente) uma qualificação da mão de obra da clínica.
Bad service, receptionists without treatment, without education. The entrance doors of the company (the reception) extremely unprepared, I even registered three times, dismantling disorganization! I suggest (urgently) a qualification of the clinic's workforce.

Pessoas aguardando desde 8 da manhã para ser atendida e nenhuma previsão. Ao dar 12:00 fomos avisados que o médico iria almoçar. Falta de respeito com pessoas idosas e que não moram na cidade para aguardar o retorno do mesmo.

Sem contar que as recepcionista são mau educadas.
Service grade zero, receptionists take around 1 hour to place an order in a Health plan.
Not to mention that the receptionists are rude.
