★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei em abril um projeto de lavanderia com esse enrolador que até agora não me entregou desde 13 de maio que vem me prometendo toda semana e não me entrega pg a entrada de 60% depois me pediu um adiantamento mentindo q o carro deu problema fiz e agora não me entrega nem os móveis nem o dinheiro q estou pedindo de volta, não me responde e qdo responde só enrola. Péssima empresa não fechem nada com eles!! Vou entrar com meus direitos !!!

O proprietário demorou muito para realizar o serviço, e eu fiz alguns adiantamentos que ele me pediu devido a alguns problemas pessoais que agora acredito não serem reais. Cumpri com todos os meus combinados e nunca atrasei nenhum pagamento, e depois de terminar de pagar, o proprietário da empresa não voltou para terminar o que ficou faltando e nem para o suporte que ele disse que daria. O dono da empresa não responde mais as minhas mensagens e desliga as ligações, não tem coragem nem de dizer que não vai cumprir com o combinado.
Ele foi uma pessoa indicada, mas hoje posso dizer que não teria coragem de indicar para ninguém.
Fiquei muito decepcionada, pois o meu dinheiro é fruto de muito trabalho, mas Deus sabe de todas as coisas, e espero que ele não trate outro cliente dessa forma.

I complied with all my agreements and never delayed any payments, and after I finished paying, the owner of the business didn't come back to finish what was missing or the support he said he would give. The owner of the company no longer responds to my messages and hangs up, he doesn't even have the courage to say that he won't comply with the agreement.
He was a nominee, but today I can say that I wouldn't have the courage to nominate anyone.
I was very disappointed, as my money is the result of a lot of work, but God knows all things, and I hope he doesn't treat another client that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram 35 dias úteis para finalizar a entrega. Esqueceram alguns detalhes que pedimos, como por exemplo a cor de alguns móveis. Teve que arrumar algumas coisas, mas no fim fizeram tudo o que solicitamos e ficou ótimo! Principalmente o painel da sala no ripado ficou perfeito. ?
It took 35 business days to complete the delivery. They forgot some details that we asked for, such as the color of some furniture. Had to fix some things, but in the end they did everything we asked for and it turned out great! Especially the panel of the room in the slatted was perfect. ?

Tive um pequeno atraso na entrega dos móveis que não chegou a causar transtorno. O atraso foi devido a problemas perfeitamente justificados.
