Certainly one of the worst services in Alfenas. I was treated rudely for asking for simple information. I just don't give any stars because unfortunately I don't have that option.

Unfortunately my product was delayed more than 15 days from the scheduled date and they do not respond to me in any form of communication. I understand that Pandemia has changed delivery times, but providing customer satisfaction does not take away. I would like my money back.
