★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui bem atendido por telefone nas duas vezes que acionei a empresa. Na primeira a pessoa fez pouco caso da minha necessidade por se tratar de um pedido pequeno. Na segunda vez a atendente retornou o orçamento mas com um adendo, teria que cobrar a mais pela entrega alegando que o caminhão teria que "subir" a estrada, num pedido de mais de 1500 reais. Obs: a entrega seria para o Cônego, pouco antes da granja do céu.
Retificando e repondendo a resposta do proprietário:
Amigo, além de um péssimo comerciante você também deve ter problemas de leitura. Minha obra é no Cônego, 800mtrs da pracinha, o Caledônia é no Cascatinha, caso tenha dificuldades em conhecimentos geográficos da região. Sugiro leitura de mapas quando possível.
Mas a sua resposta só confirma o que eu percebi nos contatos que fiz com sua empresa, vocês precisam muito melhorar o atendimento e entendimento as demandas dos clientes e não culpa-los por sua incapacidade ou preguiça de atendê-los.
Recomendo cursos de atendimento ao cliente e maior empatia e simplicidade para o atendimento.
Lembre-se , vocês vivem de clientes, eu não.
I was not well served by phone the two times I called the company. At first, the person ignored my need because it was a small request. The second time the attendant returned the budget but with an addendum, she would have to charge more for the delivery claiming that the truck would have to "go up" the road, in an order for more than 1500 reais. Note: the delivery would be to the Canon, just before the sky farm.
