★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes tive a indicação pela seguradora onde não fui atendido a contento. Eles não fazem um bom trabalho, na pintura( pintura com pingos e sem polimento), na montagem do veículo( peças sem estarem coladas e não acompanhando de forma original), nas trocas das peças que é informada a seguradora e não é subistituilas( temos que conferir a nota com o que foi feito, se não somos passados a perna). E assim, temos que ir várias vezes para resolver os problemas. Como pode ser e ter credibiliada?. Atendimento sem nenhum cuidado com o cliente no recebimento e tão pouco na entrega. O carro é deixado de qualquer jeito, passando problemas secundários para o cliente. Neles para mais nunca, não vale apena o desconto que é dado pela seguradora.
 Twice I had an indication by the insurance company where I was not satisfied. They do not do a good job, in painting (dripping and unpolished painting), in the vehicle assembly (parts without being glued and not following in an original way), in the exchange of parts that the insurer is informed and is not sub-institutions (we have to check the note with what was done, if we are not outlawed). And so, we have to go several times to solve the problems. How can it be and have it accredited ?. Service without any care with the customer on receipt and neither on delivery. The car is left anyway, passing minor problems to the customer. In them for never more, it is not worth the discount that is given by the insurer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém essa oficina, quebraram a porta do meu carro, quebraram minha câmera de ré e não colocaram no lugar. A alegação foi vc saiu e estava funcionando. Fiquei no prejuízo, pois acionei a seguradora Bradesco e me informaram que não tinha relação com o sinistro ou seja me ferrei, tive que gastar para concertar a porta. Uma dica a todos antes de deixar o carro lá, façam um check list e outro na saída. Essa oficina não trabalha de uma forma correta, não tem atenção com o cliente. POR ISSO VOLTO A FALAR NÃO LEVE O SEU CARRO PARA LÁ.
I don't recommend this workshop to anyone, they broke my car door, broke my back camera and didn't put it in place. The claim was you left and it was working. I was injured, because I triggered the insurer Bradesco and informed me that it had nothing to do with the claim or get screwed, had to spend to fix the door. A tip to everyone before leaving the car there, make a check list and another at the exit. This workshop does not work properly, has no attention to the customer. SO RETURN, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço do amassado ficou bom, a pintura ficou boa, mas o geral deixa um pouco a desejar. Retiraram a borracha da mala e não colocaram direito, percebi logo quando fechei a mala, fui lá e o cara me disse que era daquele jeito mesmo porque o carro é novo e a pressão da mala é assim mesmo. Aí veio um dos funcionários e disse que não, que a borracha tava mal encaixada. Não resolveu totalmente, mas ao menos ficou fechando melhor. Em casa retirei a borracha e coloquei novamente e ficou perfeito, não tem mais um som e uma batida diferente quando fecha. Quem tem carro conhece todo som/barulho diferente. A lanterna traseira foi trocada e dentro do carro tinha três peças, uma era um dos parafusos que prende o carpete da mala, as outras duas ainda não sei de onde é. Acredito que seja alguma vedação da lanterna. Nem adianta ir lá porque o cara tem muita má vontade em ajudar, ao menos foi o que percebi. Abaixo as imagens das borrachas encontradas junto com o parafuso do carpete. Por esses transtornos não recomendaria os serviços dessa oficina.
The dent service was good, the painting was good, but the general leaves a little to be desired. They took the rubber out of the suitcase and didn't put it right, I noticed it right when I closed the suitcase, I went there and the guy told me it was like that because the car is new and the pressure of the suitcase is the same. Then one of the employees came and said no, that the rubber was not properly fitted. It didn't completely solve it, but at least it closed better. At home I removed the rubber and put it back on and it was perfect, it no longer has a different sound and beat when it closes. Anyone who has a car knows every different sound/noise. The taillight was changed and inside the car there were three pieces, one was one of the screws that holds the carpet in the trunk, the other two I still don't know where it is from. I think it's a flashlight seal. It's no use going there because the guy is very unwilling to help, at least that's what I realized. Below the images of the rubbers found along with the carpet screw. Due to these inconveniences, I would not recommend the services of this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Não cumprem prazo de entrega. Alinhamento mal feito, o volante ficou torto. O seguro pagou pra fazer cambagem, não fizeram. Meu carro chegou com os faróis funcionando, quando fui buscar a lâmpada de um estava queimada e disseram que "já chegou assim".
Terrible. They do not meet the delivery deadline. Poor alignment, the steering wheel was crooked. The insurance paid to do the camber, they didn't. My car arrived with the headlights working, when I went to get the bulb of one it was burned out and they said "it arrived like this".
