O serviço não ficou bem feito com relação a pintura das peças quando fui retirá-lo na primeira vez, tive problemas em algumas partes que estavam estourando e alguns lugares o serviço ficou mal feito, voltei por 3 vezes na oficina para refazer o mesmo serviço. Da última vez mandaram mensagem informando a respeito que o veículo encontrava-se pronto, porém não ligaram informando e quase não consegui pegar o veículo no tempo hábil do funcionamento da oficina, tendo o constrangimento de quase ficar sem o veículo no final de semana, mas mesmo com tudo isso consegui correr até a oficina e receber o veículo. Porém fiquei bastante chateado com toda esta situação e espero que melhorem a logística como os serviços, peço que coloquem pessoas para fiscalizar as conclusões dos serviços de forma detalhada e com responsabilidade imaginando que o bem fosse seu e assim, evitando esses tipos de constrangimento.
Regular Workshop. The service was not well done with respect to painting the parts when I went to remove it the first time, I had problems in some parts that were bursting and in some places the service was poorly done, I came back 3 times in the workshop to redo the same service. Last time they sent a message informing them that the vehicle was ready, but they did not call informing and I was almost unable to get the vehicle in time for the workshop to work, having the embarrassment of almost running out of the vehicle at the weekend, but even with all this I managed to run to the garage and receive the vehicle. However, I was very upset with all this situation and I hope that the logistics as well as the services will improve, I ask you to place people to supervise the conclusions of the services in a detailed way and with responsibility, imagining that the good was yours and thus avoiding these types of embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro aí após uma leve batida na traseira. As peças demoraram pra chegar por ser um carro importado. Deram 12 dias úteis pra conclusão do serviço, mas entregaram com 10 dias. Serviço de qualidade, fiquei bastante satisfeito.
I left my car there after a light knock on the back. The parts took a while to arrive as it was an imported car. They gave 12 business days to complete the service, but they delivered it within 10 days. Quality service, I was very satisfied.
