Detesto tentar ligar para um lugar e de repente não conseguir falar com ninguém tendo que me deslocar até o local.
They just need to have a phone that works, because what is available means that it is busy at all times, because it is a cell phone, imagine if it were a landline ...
I hate to try to call a place and suddenly I can't talk to anyone having to go to the place.
