★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super chateada com o estabelecimento! Mudei de endereço e não quis ir na assistência que sempre vou por ser longe. Levei meu notbook para formatar e ele veio sem conectar no wifi e sem áudio. Retornei na loja e expliquei o caso, fui informada que meu computador estava com vírus e que teria que pagar novamente 100 reais para formatar. Sendo que nem utilizei o equipamento, não coloqueo pendrive nem nada. A hora que cheguei da loja com o notbook já fui verificar e constatei o problema. Não recomendo e vou compartilhar essa experiência negativa com o máximo de pessoas!
Super upset with the establishment! I changed my address and did not want to go to the assistance that I always go because it is far away. I took my notbook to format and it came without connecting to wifi and without audio. I returned to the store and explained the case, I was informed that my computer had a virus and that I would have to pay 100 reais again to format it. Since I didn’t even use the equipment, don’t put the USB stick or anything. The time I arrived from the store with the notbook I went to check and found the problem. I don't recommend it and I will share this negative experience with as many people as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compartilho a péssima experiência que eu tive com o conserto dá minha CPU, que levei somente para a troca de placa de rede e voltou com milhares de vírus, após uma demora gigantesca de um retorno, o profissional só aumentava os problemas que não condizia com o problema que estava, pelo visto nos comentários é de praxo o procedimento de colocar vírus nas máquinas para formatar sem necessidade. Enquanto o senhor que faz conserto de impressora com eficiência e preço justo, o que faz consertos de computadores é oportunista é mal intencionado...Respondendo a sua resposta, não tenho medo de ameaças, tão pouco e tratava de valores, pago e tenho dinheiro para valores justos, não para custear problemas inventados, e outra a máquina não foi avaliada no momento ao qual foi deixada, pois, nem aí vc estava, depois de dias cobrando posição, pois vc nunca se encontrava no estabelecimento, que vc resolveu dizer que o problema não era o mencionado e sim vírus e problemáticas que não existiam. Sigo no aguardo das suas providências e a disposição de quaisquer notificação.
