★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia 2 linhas de cores muito parecidas juntas e acabei pegando, por engano, a cor que eu não queria. Voltei lá com menos de 24h pra trocar (com a NF e produto intocado) pela cor certa e não aceitaram, afirmando que só podiam realizar troca ou devolução no caso de defeito. Eu sei que estão agindo dentro da legalidade, mas, com certeza, não com bom senso, porque preferiram PERDER UMA CLIENTE. Era habituada a comprar lá, isso nunca tinha ocorrido antes e não se dispuseram a abrir uma exceção pra mim. Que bom que, ao lado, há lojas concorrentes, porque no Mundo das Linhas eu não piso mais.
There were 2 rows of very similar colors together and I ended up getting, by mistake, the color I didn't want. I went back there with less than 24 hours to exchange (with the invoice and untouched product) for the right color and they didn't accept it, saying that they could only exchange or return in case of defect. I know they are acting legally, but certainly not with common sense, because they preferred to LOSE A CUSTOMER. I was used to shopping there, this had never happened before and they weren't willing to make an exception for me. It's good that, next door, there are competing stores, because in Mundo das Linhas I don't walk anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma linha com cor errada e voltei pra trocar com a nota fiscal, e eles NÃO TROCAM!
Uma empresa que trabalha com cores de linha parecida não nós da o direito de se enganar. Alegam que trocam apenas linha com defeito. Isso existe mesmo? Falei com o responsável da loja e o mesmo foi totalmente inflexível e falou de maneira áspera, o que se torna estranho quando se trabalha com VENDAS.
Não sei se a lei do consumidor obriga a troca, mas mesmo que não tenha na lei faltou muito bom senso no administrador da loja ( já que é venda de produtos com cores parecidas) e faltou treinamento total nos funcionários pq isso poderia ser informado.
ATENÇÃO CLIENTES DESSA LOJA: NAO ERREM PQ MESMO EU FALANDO QUE PERDERIA A CLIENTE ELES ESNOBARAM.
ADMINTRACAO: ZERO!
I bought a line with the wrong color and went back to exchange it with the invoice, and they DON'T CHANGE!
A company that works with similar thread colors does not give us the right to make mistakes. They claim they only exchange defective lines. Does it even exist? I spoke with the store manager and he was totally inflexible and spoke in a harsh manner, which becomes strange when working with SALES.
I don't know if the consumer law requires the exchange, but even if it doesn't, the store administrator lacked common sense (since it's selling products with similar colors) and lacked full training on the employees because this could be informed.
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS OF THIS STORE: DON'T MISS BECAUSE EVEN ME SAYING THAT I WOULD LOSE THE CUSTOMER THEY SNOWED.
ADMINISTRATION: ZERO!
