Não tem profissionais qualificados não tem acompanhamento do serviço pelo engenheiro responsável e não cumpre o contrato firmado.
Sem qualquer planejamento e segurança seus funcionários fazem o que quer na obra, furaram minha lage estragando a manta da cobertura, arranharam todo meu piso novo e vou ter que acionar na justiça para diminuir meu prejuízo.
Horrible, very bad...
It does not have qualified professionals, it does not have service monitoring by the responsible engineer and it does not fulfill the signed contract.
Without any planning and security, your employees do what they want on the job, they drilled my slab, ruining the roof cover, scratched all my new floor and I'll have to go to court to reduce my loss.

Tiveram vários erros de execução e de insegurança com os outros apartamentos e condóminos por falta de acompanhamento do responsável técnico, além de não finalizarem o serviço. Após vários contatos a reforma ainda não foi finalizada e tivemos que acionar o CREA para ver se conseguimos terminar.
TERRIBLE....I hired this company to renovate my apartment. There were several execution errors and insecurity with the other apartments and condominiums due to lack of follow-up by the technical responsible, in addition to not completing the service. After several contacts, the renovation was not finished yet and we had to call CREA to see if we could finish it.
