★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui surpreendida negativamente com esta loja. Fui no antigo endereço sem saber que havia mudado, então encontrei no google que atendiam até as 23h na Rua do Retiro, para minha surpresa chegando lá eles não atendiam ao público, alegando que somente acatam pedidos pelo ifood, pois ora este estava offline por falta de motoboys. Me espanta o fato de que uma loja ABERTA AO PÚBLICO, voltada para uma rua extremamente movimentada, com fachada de loja, na verdade é uma DARK KITCHEN que se recusa a vender para o público em geral fora do aplicativo de intermediação de vendas. Me pergunto, se o ifood falir, o WRAPPED também fechará as portas?
A comida estava lá, as funcionárias estavam lá cumprindo horário, eu e meu namorado estávamos lá (com todos os métodos de pagamento possíveis), e no fim saímos sem nosso wrap e o dono da loja sem o dinheiro. Não retornarei mais e recomendo que removam a loja do google (mantendo apenas no ifood), uma vez que a loja se comporta como se não existisse fora do ifood. Sugiro também que removam a fachada.
 Yesterday I was negatively surprised by this store. I was in the old address without knowing what had changed, so I found on google that catered to 23h in Retiro Street, to my surprise arriving there they did not meet the public, claiming that only heed requests by iFood because now this was offline for lack of couriers. It amazes me the fact that an OPEN TO THE PUBLIC shop, facing a very busy street with storefront actually is a DARK KITCHEN who refuses to sell to the general public outside the agency of sales application. I wonder if the bankrupt iFood the WRAPPED also close the doors?
The food was there, the employees were there serving time, me and my boyfriend were there (with all possible payment methods), and in the end we left without our wrap and store owner with no money. No more return and recommend to remove google shop (keeping only the iFood), since the store behaves as if there were outside iFood. I also suggest that remove the facade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É inadmissível que em pleno ano de 2022 tenhamos empresas (ainda mais alimentícias) que não respeitem o próximo! A unidade Jundiai faz o descarte IRREGULAR de lixo! TODO santo dia tem lixo na rua do retiro (atravessando a rua do estabelecimento)!! É lixo espalhado, lixo aberto, lixo que fica dias e acumulado! Pois a UNIDADE não respeita o horario e nem dia de coleta! O pedestre nao tem como passar na calçada! Um odor , e agora esta tendo rato e barata!!! Falta de respeito! Falta de higiene!
It is unacceptable that in the middle of 2022 we have companies (even more food) that do not respect the next! The Jundiai unit disposes of IRREGULAR garbage! EVERY day there is garbage on the street of the retreat (across the street from the establishment)!! It's scattered garbage, open garbage, garbage that stays for days and accumulates! Because the UNIT does not respect the time or day of collection! Pedestrians cannot pass on the sidewalk! An odor, and now there's a rat and a cockroach!!! Lack of respect! Lack of hygiene!
