★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma bomba d'água de piscina para recondicionar. Acertamos os serviços de rebobinar o motor, trocar os rolamentos e trocar o capacitor.
1° PROBLEMA: o serviço foi contratado numa terça para entrega em 24hrs, na quarta feira. Porém atrasaram 3 dia entregando somente no sábado.
2° PROBLEMA (e mais grave): o acesso para verificar a trocar do capacitor é fácil pois o mesmo fica num compartimento externo ao motor. Entao fui conferir e, para minha surpresa, ao abrir o compartimento do capacitor, percebi que ele nao fez a troca, deixando o capacitor velho no lugar, mas cobrou 40 reais afirmando, por várias vezes, que tinha posto um novo.
Solicitei a devolução do valor do capacitor e o mesmo nunca devolveu.
Não posso afirmar se ele realmente realizou os outros serviços, como combinado, pois daria muito trabalho para desmontar toda a Bomba para verificar. Mas diante do que ele fez com o caso do capacitor não confio que tenha cumprido com o combinado nos demais serviços.
Não fui atrás de Procon ou registra BO em delegacia, visto que pelo menos a bomba voltou a funcionar, pois prefiro não perder mais meu tempo com essa empresa.
Entretanto, fica o alerta a todos caso contratem seus serviços.

I took a pool water pump to recondition. We arranged the services of rewinding the motor, changing the bearings and changing the capacitor.
1st PROBLEM: the service was contracted on a Tuesday for delivery in 24hrs, on Wednesday. However they delayed 3 days delivering only on Saturday.
2nd PROBLEM (and more serious): access to check the replacement of the capacitor is easy as it is located in a compartment outside the motor. So I went to check it and, to my surprise, when I opened the capacitor compartment, I noticed that he didn't change it, leaving the old capacitor in place, but he charged 40 reais, claiming several times that he had put a new one.
I requested the return of the value of the capacitor and it never returned.
I cannot say whether he actually performed the other services as agreed, as it would take a lot of work to dismantle the entire Pump to check. But given what he did with the case of the capacitor, I don't trust that he has complied with the agreement in the other services.
I didn't go after Procon or register BO at the police station, since at least the pump started working again, as I prefer not to waste my time with this company anymore.
However, be alert to everyone if they hire their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente queria avisar a quem tem interesse em consertar o seu equipamento ou máquina na WS motores, q tomem muito CUIDADO! Eu fui enganado, o cara é ridículo, sem compromisso.
Levei uma lavadora de alta pressão Tramontina master 2100 p conserto, pois a máquina estava sem pressão e ele disse q faria o reparo. Pediu o dinheiro p adiantar o serviço, falou q a máquina tava pronta, fui buscar a máquina e o problema persistiu. Levei uma segunda vez e passou exatamente 38 dias me enrolando, dizendo q estava trabalhando na máquina e nada resolvido. É um lixo, péssimo suporte ao cliente, m enganou várias vezes e ainda por cima não quis devolver o dinheiro. Não dá p acreditar q existe pessoas assim tão cara de pau no mundo.
First of all, I would like to warn those who are interested in repairing their equipment or machine at WS Motors, to be very CAREFUL! I was tricked, the guy is ridiculous, no strings attached.
I took a Tramontina master 2100 pressure washer for repair, as the machine had no pressure and he said he would do the repair. He asked for the money to advance the service, he said the machine was ready, I went to get the machine and the problem persisted. It took me a second time and spent exactly 38 days stalling, saying I was working on the machine and nothing resolved. It's rubbish, bad customer support, I cheated several times and on top of that I didn't want to return the money. I can't believe there are people like that in the world.
