★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei no Mercado Livre e depois de 1 semana ainda não tinham enviado o produto, nao me responderam nenhuma mensagem e me deram muito trabalho para conseguir devolver, só abrindo reclamação no ML eu consegui.
I bought it at Mercado Livre and after 1 week they still hadn't sent the product, they didn't answer me any messages and they gave me a lot of trouble to get it back, just opening a complaint in ML I got it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de urgência de um produto, no site constavam 10 unidades em estoque, liguei na central para confirmar se tinham o produto a pronta entrega e me confirmaram. Após realizar o pagamento e deslocar um funcionário para fazer a retirada, ao chegar no local, fomos informados que se tratava de um erro e que não tinham o produto. Quem trabalha com estoque sabe que os produtos não somem simplesmente, creio que algum outro fator levou a cancelarem a venda. Se prontificaram a fazer o estorno, fico no aguardo.
I needed a product urgently, on the site there were 10 units in stock, I called the center to confirm if they had the product ready for delivery and they confirmed me. After making the payment and moving an employee to make the withdrawal, upon arriving at the site, we were informed that it was an error and that they did not have the product. Anyone who works with inventory knows that the products do not simply disappear, I believe that some other factor led them to cancel the sale. If they were ready to do the reversal, I'm waiting.
