Onde me informou que tinha disponível em estoque e me fez um preço extraordinário corri pra lá Peguei dia seguinte montagem impecável tudo perfeito essa nem acreditei meu celular de volta.

Minha esposa e eu deixamos o aparelho dela no dia 25/09/21. Na segunda-feira dia 27 minha esposa ligou falou com o funcionário Guilherme, que disse que não haviam mexido no celular; pediu pra ir ligando no decorrer da semana. (Ligamos e nada resolvido). Voltamos a ligar dia 2/10 e falamos com o proprietário Djavan que ofereceu uma placa nova pois a que estava no aparelho oxidou...autorizamos o serviço etc..o mesmo Djavan disse que poderíamos ir buscar no mesmo dia, para nossa surpresa não estava pronto qdo fomos buscar avisamos que voltaríamos dia 4/10. Passou 2 semanas não ligamos e muito menos a empresa pelo qual confiamos deixar o aparelho. Hoje 16/10 fomos buscar e mais uma surpresa a "funcionaria Celia tentou argumentar com mentiras e justificativas o porquê do aparelho está aberto até hoje. Por fim, o funcionário Renato também tentou argumentar com desculpas esfarrapadas, mas não conseguiu. Uma empresa que não zela pelo nome, e não precisa de clientes. Não levem nada neste lugar.

My wife and I left her braces on 25/09/21. On Monday the 27th my wife called and spoke with the employee Guilherme, who said that they had not touched the cell phone; asked to call during the week. (We called and nothing resolved). We called back on the 2nd of October and we spoke to the owner Djavan who offered a new plate because the one on the appliance had rusted...we authorized the service etc...the same Djavan said we could pick it up on the same day, to our surprise no it was ready when we went to get it, we told you that we would be back on the 4/10. After 2 weeks we didn't call and much less the company we trusted to leave the device. Today, 10/16, we went to get one more surprise, "the employee Celia tried to argue with lies and justifications why the device is still open today. Finally, employee Renato also tried to argue with lame excuses, but he couldn't. A company that didn't watches over the name, and doesn't need customers. Don't take anything in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico da Assistência é muito bom e competente, porém a loja em si enrola e o dono acha que está fazendo um favor em prometer um serviço na hora X e não cumprir. Ouvi: você está esperando 40 minutos a mais, qual o problema?
Na verdade esperei 2:00 de manhã e agora a tarde já passaram 1:00 e nada do horário combinado! Ou seja, repensem as expectativas que dão aos clientes!
The Assistance technician is very good and competent, but the store itself is slow and the owner thinks he is doing him a favor by promising a service at the X hour and not complying. Heard: you're waiting 40 minutes more, what's the problem?
Actually I waited 2:00 in the morning and now the afternoon has passed 1:00 and nothing on the agreed time! In other words, rethink the expectations you give customers!
