★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reserva via StudioPass e ao chegar no local, no horário que foi reservado, fui informado que não poderia fazer a aula pois se tratava apenas de um local para Mulheres.
Compreendo perfeitamente a ideia do local, mas em nenhum momento fui informado disto e nem o WTechFitness, sabendo da minha reserva, não me avisou antes. Também não me ajudou na solução do problema com o StudioPass, informando que eu que deveria entrar em contato com eles, mesmo a restrição e a informação sendo responsabilidade de ambos (WTech e StudioPass).
Enfim, desapontado com a postura da empresa em um problema que poderia ser facilmente evitado.
I made a reservation via StudioPass and arrive on site at the time which was booked, I was told I could not do the class because this was only one place to Women.
I fully understand the idea of the place, but in no time I was informed of this and neither WTechFitness, knowing of my reservation, did not tell me before. It did not help me in solving the problem with the StudioPass stating that I should get in touch with them, even the restriction and the information being both responsibility (WTech and StudioPass).
Anyway, disappointed with the company's position in a problem that could be easily avoided.
