★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Entrei em contato pelo whatsapp e demoraram 2 dias pra responder. Fiz uma compra via MercadoLivre, o carregador que veio junto com o celular que comprei veio com defeito, entrei em contato na sexta passada e me disseram que na próxima segunda dia 21/08 me enviariam outro, todos os dias entrei em contato, não obtive resposta, hoje dia 25/08 enviei uma mensagem dizendo que ia fazer uma reclamação no MercadoLivre exigindo meus direitos, pois tenho o comprovante de um ano de garantia e me bloquearam logo que enviei a mensagem.
Já abri a reclamação, aguardo contato para possível conciliação .. Se me enviarem outro carregador apago minha avaliação. Aguardo contato.
 Lousy service. I got in touch by whatsapp and it took them 2 days to answer. I made a purchase via MercadoLivre, the charger that came with the cell phone I bought came with a defect, I contacted last Friday and they told me that on the next Monday 08/21 they would send me another one, every day I got in touch, I didn't get reply, today 08/25 I sent a message saying that I was going to make a complaint at MercadoLivre demanding my rights, because I have proof of a one year warranty and they blocked me as soon as I sent the message.
I have already opened the complaint, I await contact for possible reconciliation. If you send me another charger, I will delete my assessment. I await contact.

O fone veio sem lacre e quebrado além de faltar peças do fone, o relógio veio sem lacre já configurado por outros e o celular veio sem lacre com fotos tiradas do mesmo, alarmes já programados no celular isso se configura para min produto usado ou com defeito simples vou ter de voltar pedir para me dar produtos novos de verdade e se for tirar o lacre na minha frente o que não foi feito e paguei por produtos novos não usados ou com defeito valeu, para quem for compra na loja cuidado com os produtos usados ou que possam estar com defeito.

Deixei meu aparelho para conserto e disse que precisava com urgência, o serviço foi feito com rapidez e excelência e está funcionando perfeitamente até hoje (já tem alguns meses). Vendedores muito simpáticos e atenciosos, consegui até um desconto no final da compra ;)
