★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei um celular pra arrumar a tela na data de ontem, retirei no mesmo dia conforme me ligaram, aproveitei eles colocaram a pelicula na hora, trouxe o celular e deixei exatamente "secar " pra melhor fixação de um dia pro outro. hoje quando cheguei no serviço e vejo a tela trincada perto do sensor e eles simplesmente falam que não troca e foi mal uso e que deixei cair ou bater. Além de você pagar um bom dinheiro pra arrumar, eles ainda debate com você dizendo que é "mal uso" . uma coisa eu aprendi, o cliente sempre tem razão, se eles não provarem que foi mal uso , como eles querem debater? Pensei até que por ela tirar os elasticos pra por a película poderia contribuir . fiquei bem chateada, porque entra pra estatística de algumas lojas que não explica exatamente tudo que você precisa saber sobre famosa "Garantia". Não volto mais e também não indico mais a loja.

In addition to paying good money to fix, they still debate with you saying that it is "misuse". one thing I learned, the customer is always right, if they don't prove it was misused, how do they want to debate? I even thought that by taking off the elastics to put the film on I could contribute. I was really upset, because it comes to the statistics of some stores that does not explain exactly everything you need to know about the famous "Guarantee". I'm not coming back and I don't recommend the store anymore.
