Levei meu aparelho na loja e o técnico foi super honesto em me falar que era apenas configuração, me ensinando como ativar novamente. Ele poderia ter pego o aparelho e dizer que consertou ou trocou alguma peça e me cobrar, como já vi acontecer em outro estabelecimento. Virei cliente e indico para os meus conhecidos.
My mom unintentionally muted my video game and when I called I thought something had been burned. I took my device to the store and the technician was super honest to tell me it was just setup, teaching me how to activate again. He could have picked up the phone and said he had repaired or exchanged some parts and charged me, as I've seen in another establishment. I become a client and refer to my acquaintances.
