.já reconheceram q foi passado duas vezes ..mais até hoje não me extornaram o valor...ou seja ,fiquei no prejuízo....um absurdo .cobrar duas vezes do cliente e não devolver o dinheiro de volta ..cuidado....muito cuidado com essa loja
...funcionários completamente despreparados para trabalhar com o público ...e o dono da loja nunca aparece para resolver os problemas....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a tela do meu celular nesse estabelecimento, passado 8 meses o canto da tela começou a descolar, retornei a loja e o vendedor disse q iria pedir ao técnico para passar " uma cola" depois disso fui para casa e ao chegar notei q o canto da tela estava amarelada no canto superior esquerdo, liguei e informei, porém o moço q me atendeu disse q como tinha passado da garantia ele fez essa colagem de " bom agrado" e q a mancha que apareceu 3 horas após a colagem não tinha nada a ver com o serviço, conclusão eu tinha um problema agora tenho dois

Comprei e apliquei a película do meu celular pela 3a vez lá com eles porque a aplicação é péssima. Não dão garantia na aplicação da película. Quero meu dinheiro de volta e vou tirar essa película horrorosa cheia de bolhas e colocar em outro lugar.

No dia 10/11deixei meu celular para concerto , foi feito orçamento R$300.00 autorizei o serviço , retirei o celular , no dia seguinte o mesmo problema , retornei na loja , o aparelho ficou para teste , retornei novamente , o ( técnico ) Lucinho , colocou as duas mão na cintura e falou ( meu amigo seu aparelho não tem problema nenhum , aqui é igual as casas Bahia , testou levou ) levei em outra assistência e gastei 200,00 porque preciso muito do celular para trabalhar , não aconselho a x games Ocian , para ninguém , porque eles ficaram com meu dinheiro e não resolveram o problema , além da ignorância da equipe .. o celular ficou pior doque estava ...

Tive que levar em outra loja , pois levei na garantia da x games , o técnico lucinho falou q nao tinha problema nenhum. Gastei mais 200,00 em outra loja , ainrwsolveu . Ficaram com 300.00 de boa .... nao recomendo esta boqueta ...

X GAMES OCIAN FICOU COM 300.00 DE BOA ..... GOLPE.. E NAO ME DERAM NOTA... CUIADO ....
