★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 minutos para devorar o x picanha e mais duas latas de coca .Hoje sim fiz meu dia do lixo com algo que não está em minha dieta em quase três meses.Depois disso bate a sensação de arrependimento por ter feito isso ,mesmo assim valeu a pena . Agora continue fazendo a reeducação alimentar e treino para chegar aos 84 kgs e depois ficar gigante na academia. Já perdi 13 kgs em dois meses e é só o começo
