★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de licença w10 PRO com urgência. Encontrei a X Shop no google verifiquei os preços e se a empresa era séria. Fiz algumas perguntas no chat, que fui super bem atendido>> fiz a compra via PIX em poucas horas minha licença estava já no meu e-mail. Pedi a Nf-e e eles me encaminharam então vou dizer:: PARABÉNS PELO ATENDIMENTO, PROFISSIONALISMO, Tudo foi show>> do momento que encontrei no google até a hora da ativação da minha Key... NOTA MIL >>> RECOMENDO DEMAIS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRALDE!!! A empresa é de fachada. O telefone fixo apenas redireciona e nunca é atendido. O whatsapp é o mesmo número de Telegram onde é visualizado, porém nunca respondido. Enviam licença diferente da licença comprada e a chave de ativação não é original. Não emitem nota fiscal e o endereço constante no rodapé do site é falso, assim como o endereço apontado no cartão CNPJ. Sem contar nos comentários de perfis fake feitos aqui para promover a loja. Se atentem e não compre. Esta loja dá total sentido ao ditado "o barato que sai caro"!!!
NAPPY!!! The company is a front. The landline just redirects and is never answered. Whatsapp is the same Telegram number where it is viewed, but never answered. They send a different license from the purchased license and the activation key is not original. They do not issue invoices and the address at the bottom of the website is false, as well as the address indicated on the CNPJ card. Not to mention the fake profile comments made here to promote the store. Pay attention and don't buy. This store gives full meaning to the saying "cheap comes expensive"!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz uma compra de uma licença Microsoft Office e decidi cancelar e pedir o reeembolso. Ninguém responde, nem no WhatsApp, nem no Chat, nem por e-mail. Infelizmente se continuar assim, irei acionar as medidas cabíveis. Péssima loja, PÉSSIMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, comprei a versão 2021 do office e recebi a versão 365, entrei em contato por e-mail desde terça, já é domingo e não retornaram ao email na quinta encontrei o whatsapp deles e mandei mensagem, visualizaram, porém não responderam. Essa empresa não presta serviço pós venda, ou é uma fraude.
Terrible, I bought the 2021 version of the office and received the 365 version, I contacted them by email since Tuesday, it's already Sunday and they didn't return to the email on Thursday I found their whatsapp and sent a message, they saw it, but they didn't respond. This company does not provide after sales service, or is a fraud.
