★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito deste mercado mas a parte de hortifrute está muito a desejar nos últimos meses até nos dias de feira na maioria das vezes tem gôndolas vazia sem mercadoria
Ontem mesmo não tinha uma verdura
 I really like this market but the hortifruti part is much to be desired in recent months, even on market days most of the time there are empty shelves without merchandise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo mercado, a logística pra estacionar e horrível, alimentos de feira estavam todos passados. Porém o pior foi quando fui pegar um chocolate na gandula e não tinha preço no produto (A LEI DIZ QUE TEM QUE TER PREÇO NOS PRODUTOS) ao questionar uma funcionária sobre a falta de preço, fui tratado com arrogância pela própria e fui informado "que se eu precisasse saber o preço era pra eu ir até as máquinas de leitura de código" (O QUE INFLIGE O CÓDIGO DO CONSUMIDOR) . Ao questionar a funcionária novamente, ELA com toda sua arrogância, chamou o gerente pra situação ser resolvida. Um senhor bem educado porem desinformado veio e me disse que " caso na dúvida do preço, tem a máquina de leitura" (QUE VAI CONTRA O QUE A LEI DETERMINA). Resumindo: até hoje falta preço em dezenas de produtos e falta informação para os funcionários sobre o que a lei determina, uma rede se supermercado que não tem supervisão de ninguém que tenha conhecimento de lei. Perdi tempo, fui constrangido por cobrar meu direito e passou dias e o mesmo produto continua lá, sem preço. Não indico esse lugar, o cliente tem que ser tratado com respeito e educação, o que este local não tem.
Terrible market, the logistics for parking are horrible, fair food was all out of date. But the worst thing was when I went to get a chocolate from the ball boy and there was no price on the product (THE LAW SAYS THAT THE PRODUCTS MUST HAVE A PRICE) when I questioned an employee about the lack of price, I was treated with arrogance by her and I was informed "that if I needed to know the price, I would go to the code-reading machines" (WHAT INFLECTS THE CONSUMER CODE) . When questioning the employee again, ELA with all her arrogance, called the manager to resolve the situation. A polite but uninformed gentleman came and told me that "if in doubt about the price, have the reading machine" (WHICH GOES AGAINST WHAT THE LAW DETERMINES). In short: even today there is a lack of price on dozens of products and there is a lack of information for employees about what the law determines, a supermarket chain that is not supervised by anyone who has knowledge of the law. I wasted time, I was embarrassed to charge my right and days went by and the same product is still there, without price. I don't recommend this place, the customer has to be treated with respect and politeness, which this place doesn't have.

Mas a equipe de segurança deixou a desejar, ou melhor, um funcionário um particular (cujo avental constava "Treinamento")! Não tirava o olho do nosso carrinho, como se não tivessemos condições de comprar e encarava o tempo todo fazendo com que nos sentissemos desconfortáveis no estabelecimento! Espero que esse fato não se repita!

ontem eu fiz uma compra de 600 reais no supermercado x no meu cartão de credito e quando eu finalizei a comprar pedir pra parcelar a unidade mi cobrou 50 reais a mais dq eu tinha gastado...enfim paguei a vista...fora que eles cobram valores diferente que são da mesma franquia triste realidade....
depois que vc vai pedir explicações nm uma pessoa sabe informar e ainda fala que e do banco esse juro abusivo...
faz quase 2 anos que compro no x ...agora vou comprar mais nada que roubo e esse...triste. triste...nota 000000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui ao X no Bom Clima e ao invés de chamar a gerente resolvi avaliar por aqui pois isso não foi a primeira vez que aconteceu e a pessoa responsável disse apenas que foi erro de um funcionário,e somente.
Por varias vezes isso já aconteceu hoje comprei um pacote com 2 kg de açúcar e no expositor marcava 7,49 e ao passar no caixa cobrou 7,99 e depois de por tudo na sacola e pagar foi que percebi novamente esse contratempo .
Então pensei quantas pessoas deve ter sido enganada também e resolvi usar esse espaço para publicar essa situação desagradável e de total falta de respeito ao consumidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte de feira( legumes e verduras) deixa muito a desejar! Não tem nada fresco. Estive lá numa quarta feira que costuma ser o dia de mais itens frescos. Não volto lá pra fazer feira. Em outro mercado X tive a mesma experiência!
