Ao fazer uma pesquisa de preços, nós gostamos de saber sobre os valores e parecia que estávamos incomodando.
A vendedora se "despediu" do meu namorado como se estivesse nos expulsando, e virou as costas para atender outro cliente. Atendimento bem antiético.
 The store is super complete, but the service left something to be desired. A girl - unfortunately I didn't get her name - gave us a service that, honestly, didn't make us want to come back. When doing a price survey, we liked to know about the values and it felt like we were inconveniencing.
The saleswoman "said" my boyfriend as if she was kicking us out, and turned her back to serve another customer. Very unethical service.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the salesperson Janete and the manager Rafael.
In the store I felt super comfortable and comfortable, as in few stores I've been to in my life, to test as many instruments as I wanted, including those in stock, they took the guitar out of the box (believe me)!
