★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior empresa que tive o AZAR de viajar. O ônibus atrasou 5h e os funcionários da empresa são muito mal educados. Nunca passei tanta raiva com uma viagem.
NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM!!!
 The worst company I had the AZAR of traveling. The bus was 5 hours late and the company's employees are very rude. I've never been so angry about a trip.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

Uma encomenda minha de Goiânia/GO a Araguaína/TO no valor de quase R$4.000,00 foi descida do ônibus em Vila Rica/MT e esqueceram a mercadoria para trás e mandaram apenas a nota fiscal. Reteram a nota sob o argumento de que a entregariam junto com a mercadoria. Após muita briga conseguiram me entregar a caixa, mas deram sumiço na nota fiscal. A caixa veio toda amassada, mesmo contendo os dizeres de frágil, com a parte de baixo da caixa visivelmente violada, parte da mercadoria quebrada e faltando 3 peças. Minha recomendação é: contratem outra empresa, pq essa não tem a menor ideia do que seja responsabilidade e zelo por encomendas.
Bad company. An order of mine from Goiânia/GO to Araguaína/TO worth almost R$4,000.00 was taken off the bus in Vila Rica/MT and they forgot the merchandise behind and sent only the invoice. They withheld the note on the grounds that they would deliver it with the merchandise. After a lot of fighting, they managed to deliver the box to me, but the invoice disappeared. The box came all crumpled, even with the words fragile, with the bottom of the box visibly violated, part of the merchandise broken and 3 pieces missing. My recommendation is: hire another company, because this one has no idea what responsibility and care for orders is.
