Os açougueiros atendem rápido porem brincando entre si, a gente pede uma quantidade eles sempre pesam bem a mais, cobraram duas vezes o mesmo produto, reclamei e foram grosseiros comigo, falaram que se eles quisessem roubar ia roubar era muito, sendo que em nenhum momento usei esse termo "roubar" com eles, apenas questionei a notinha antes de pagar, pois percebi o erro e estou no meu direito de perguntar. Pesaram as carnes novamente com ignorância e me entregaram os pacotes tudo rasgando. Falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente.
I've been a customer for years and the service is getting worse every day. The butchers serve quickly but joking among themselves, we ask for an amount they always weigh much more, they charged twice for the same product, I complained and they were rude to me, they said that if they wanted to steal they would steal it was a lot, and at no time I used this term "steal" with them, I just questioned the note before paying, as I realized the mistake and I am within my right to ask.
