★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Trabalho é ótimo mas a funcionaria ROSE... deixa a desejar! Sem a menor paciência e não usa palavras como: obrigado / de nada / por favor, etc.
The work is great but the ROSE would work ... leaves something to be desired! Without the slightest patience and do not use words like: thank you / you're welcome / please, etc.

Sem contar que a moça parou meu atendimento para anteder um casal que chegou depois, não ligo que atenda mais que uma pessoas desde que consiga fazer um bom atendimento para ambos.. Resumindo, minha experiência foi horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do me entregaram, pedi para imprimir folder em A4 papel couche. O Folder de 3 dobras possuía 6 páginas, a impressão era frente e verso. Me entregaram um material desalinhado, e falaram que era porque o equipamento não era muito bom, por isso saiu desalinhado. Se o equipamento não é bom, substitua por um bom. A qualidade do meu trabalho depende da gráfica também, é uma parceria, por isso, não utilizarei mais os serviços dessa gráfica.
I did not like the delivered, I asked to print folder in A4 couche paper. The 3-fold folder had 6 pages, the printing was double-sided. They gave me misaligned material, and said it was because the equipment was not very good, so it came out misaligned. If the equipment is not good, replace it with a good one. The quality of my work depends on the printer too, it is a partnership, so I will no longer use the services of that printer.
