O cliente contrata 5G e leva 10G, mais a internet trava muito, e perde em velocidade para a concorrente que oferece pacote de 2.5G um absurdo. Além disso o atendimento não é dos melhores, E se o cliente quiser trocar a senha do Wifi vai ter que agendar para eles mesmo ir até a casa do cliente e não pode mudar quando quiser. Se caso o cliente quiser trocar a senha por uma certa quantidade terá que pagar uma taxa extra um absurdo isso. Como todo mundo sabe senhas de Wifi podem ser hackeadas.
