★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais tinha cheeder do que batata e não tinha nem gosto e nem textura de queijo cheeder obs: estava gelado sobre a batata, parecia maisena com corante horrível, batata murcha encharcada de óleo, pelo preço o lanche muito pequeno que não sacia um adulto e sim uma criança pequena de 3 a 5 anos, a foto não é compatível com o produto, única coisa gostosa foi o molho do sachê, gostaria de um reembolso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ boa noite, eu liguei no numero de celular diversas vezes, para pedir delivery nunca ninguém atendeu... e hoje fui pessoalmente ao local comprar 2 xis salada bacon, eu só gosto deste lanche, havia 5 atendentes no local 2 homens e 3 mulheres, e eu observei que todos conversavam sem parar um com o outro, eu fiz o pedido ok, paguei o valor do lanche correto, e recebi o lanche errado... conversa demais dá nisso, eu espero sinceramente que o proprietário leia isso, pois é prejudicial a empresa, me deram 2 xis bacon, contendo um hamburguer seco, 1 fatia de de mussarela, e alguns bacons fritos, sem nenhum molho por dentro nada mesmo, eu sempre amei comer xis, e fiquei muito feliz quando ele trouxe a franquia para o meu bairro nos campos eliseos, mas devido ao atendimento ruim, estou seriamente pensando em nunca mais voltar lá... Eu acho lamentável, voce pagar e não comer o que voce pediu, como era para viagem eu só vi o erro em casa, e nem dava mais pra voltar lá, mas fica a dica se quiser manter a franquia neste bairro, treine melhor seus funcionários, se o lanche não tiver qualidade, a franquia não sobrevive muito tempo, boa sorte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito barato e isso aparece na qualidade. Hambúrguer congelado, batata congelada, pão normal, pouco molho... Tudo pequeno e levemente insosso. Nem sachês de catchup são fornecidos. O restaurante em si é bonito, limpo e organizado.
It's very cheap and it shows in the quality. Frozen hamburger, frozen potato, regular bread, little sauce... All small and slightly bland. Not even ketchup sachets are provided. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena, mas esta lanchonete não é o XIS Lanches como as outras. Há meses não tem o molho especial, não tem refrigerantes de máquina e servem as batatas fritas/frias em copinhos descartaveis de bebidas.
A pity, but this snack bar is not XIS Lanches like the others. They haven't had the special sauce for months, they don't have soft drinks from the vending machine and they serve the fries/cold in disposable drink cups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local. Funcionárias só ficam papeando no balcão, atendem com má vontade, um lanche da promoção demorou vinte minutos e chegou frio.
Terrible location. Employees just chat at the counter, they serve with a bad will, a snack from the promotion took twenty minutes and arrived cold.
