Horrible selling post. I had problem rescuing a gift card google and do not send the serial number of the card that Google can solve. They even seem to sell stolen goods. I'm waiting for a solution and nothing.

Isso demonstra claramente o descaso com clientes e falta de preparo dos administradores. Lamentável ter que abrir boletim para poder ser ressarcida valor 54,99.

Comprei no site da loja um cartão pré pago Netflix de 30 reais no dia 29 de fevereiro, pagamento confirmado pela loja xplode games no dia 3 de março.
Sem contato com a loja, nem resposta a e-mail ou whatsapp.
O código foi entregue hj, dia 10 de março, porém inválido.
Não comprem dessa loja, é golpe!
Do not buy at xplode games, it is scam, the photo of the physical store is old, nor does it exist anymore.
I bought a Netflix prepaid card for 30 reais on the store's website on February 29, a payment confirmed by the xplode games store on March 3.
No contact with the store, no response to email or whatsapp.
The code was delivered today, March 10, but invalid.
Don't buy from this store, it's a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anunciam cards da PSN com envio imediato no Mercado Livre, mas após confirmar o pagamento não te respondem no ML e nem no WhatsApp. Após muita insistência, me responderam no WhatsApp, informando que meu pagamento estava aprovado, mas que a pessoa que atende o whats não tem nenhuma informação sobre os envios. Após isso eu perguntei no ML, e me ignoraram. Depois questionei o comportamento no anuncio... ai me bloquearam. O chato é que são burocráticos até para cancelar a compra, te pedindo para falar que recebeu o produto para depois cancelarem. Vou ter que aguardar mais 2 dias, para poder abrir a reclamação no Mercado Livre e recuperar meu dinheiro. Propaganda enganosa, muita burocracia e descaso com o cliente. Não recomendo a ninguém.
They announce PSN cards with immediate sending in the Free Market, but after confirming the payment they do not answer you in ML or WhatsApp. After much insistence, they answered me on WhatsApp, stating that my payment was approved, but that the person who answers the whats has no information about the shipments. After that I asked in ML, and they ignored me. Then I questioned the behavior in the ad ... then blocked me out. The annoying thing is that they are bureaucratic even to cancel the purchase, asking you to say that you received the product and then cancel. I will have to wait another 2 days to be able to open the complaint on the Free Market and recover my money. Misleading advertising, a lot of paperwork and disregard for the customer. I do not recommend it to anyone.
