 The gym has some cool gadgets but the teachers have to be more attentive to the student because sometimes making the wrong moves .... need to improve it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia bacana onde se encontra equipamentos para quase tudo, o preço é acessível e há possibilidade de planos, academia grande, funcionários educados, alguns equipamentos de aeróbicos precisam de melhorias, mas a academia no geral possui equipamentos em bom estado, no geral a academia é bem estruturada com possibilidade da prática de alguma arte marcial, e cross fit. Eu recomendo está academia.
Nice gym where you can find equipment for almost everything, the price is affordable and there are plans, large gym, educated staff, some aerobic equipment need improvement, but the gym in general has equipment in good condition, in general the gym is well structured with the possibility of practicing some martial art, and cross fit. I recommend this gym.

Esteve um dia de muito calor acondicionados todos desligado e teve uma galera lá perguntou um professor se não táva funcionando professor falor quê era ordem da gerência não ligar até parece que malhamos de graça .
Você precisa melhorar os aparelhos pagamos pra malha agora tem que esperar horas por motivos de esteiras não está funcionando interditaro devido corvid uma sim outra não de 12 presta duas.

Ar condicionado não funciona, as esteiras estão sempre quebradas, caso vc encontre duas funcionando e sem buracos na prancha já será muito. Os equipamentos, por mais que sejam diversos, muitas vezes quebram e passam MESES sem serem consertados. Hoje encontra-se totalmente sucateada.
Probably the worst gym in Rocinha right now! Air conditioning doesn't work, the treadmills are always broken, if you find two working and without holes in the board, it will be a lot. Equipment, however diverse, often breaks down and goes MONTHS without being repaired. Today it is completely scrapped.
