★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Atendimento péssimo! Ficaram de encaminhar a arte para aprovação na semana anterior, sendo que preciso do produto com urgência e não enviaram. Questionei na segunda sobre o envio e sequer me responderam, ontem, insisti devido a necessidade do produto e informaram que enviariam sem falta, mas não enviaram. Não têm compromisso com o cliente. Amanhã, irei a outra gráfica.
I do not recommend! Lousy service! They had to send the art for approval the previous week, and I need the product urgently and they did not send it. I questioned the second about the shipment and they did not even respond to me yesterday, I insisted on the necessity of the product and they informed that they would send it without fail, but did not send it. They have no commitment to the customer. Tomorrow, I'll go to another graph.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Trabalho com cadernos artesanais e levei um para fazer um teste de refilamento das folhas. Me entregaram o acabamento do refilamento muito ruim, torto, e com falhas. E ainda me cobraram um absurdo por isso. Precisei levar em outro lugar pra arrumar e ficou perfeito por nem um décimo do valor que essa gráfica me.cobrou. não recomendo.
Terrible. I work with handmade notebooks and took one to do a leaf draw test. They gave me the very bad, crooked, and flawed trim finish. And they even charged me nonsense for that. I had to take somewhere else to tidy up and it was perfect for not a tenth of the value that this printing company. I do not recommend.
