★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi levado o carro a 3 dias para fazer apenas um orcamento e até agora não tivemos retorno, se para fazer um orçamento demora esse tempo o reparo então? Você liga a pessoa fala que vai te passar até o final do dia e nada tem que ficar se humilhando para ser atendido. Não recomendo
The car was taken for 3 days to make only a quote and so far we have not had a return, if it takes that long to make a quote, then the repair? You call the person and say they'll pass you by the end of the day and you don't have to humiliate yourself to be attended to. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantástico, começando pelo atendimento que foi muito bom (recepção e atendimento quando vai deixar o carro), até a entrega no serviço, que qualidade e que cuidado fizeram a funilaria e até um plus, entregaram meu carro lavado e polido.
Vocês estão de parabéns há tempos não via tanto empenho de uma empresa em agradar o cliente. Detalhe fui segurado de companhia mas tratado como se eu estivesse pagando pelo serviço. Passei por outras experiências e além de ter sido muito mau atendido, meu carro voltou com mais defeito do que entrou.
Parabéns XTA continue assim indicarei para meus segurados, amigos e parceiros.
Fantastic, starting with the service that was very good (reception and service when you are going to leave the car), until the delivery service, what quality and care did the body shop and even a plus, they delivered my car washed and polished.
Congratulations to you for a long time, I didn't see so much effort from a company to please the customer. Detail I was insured by a company but treated as if I was paying for the service. I went through other experiences and in addition to being very poorly attended, my car came back with more damage than it entered.
Congratulations XTA continue as I will recommend it to my policyholders, friends and partners.
