Não é por hora marcada, mas por chegada.
Very good! I only take my puppy there. I recommend! It is possible to stay there during the service, there is a glass wall and a monitor with the cameras where the dogs are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu cachorro sempre faz banho e tosa no Xuxucão. O petshop tem donos agradáveis, que sabem receber bem os clientes. A mulher responsável pelo banho e tosa é fantástica com animais, sempre fico muito satisfeita quando vou. O petshop é extremamente cuidadoso. Do lado de fora, dá para acompanhar o banho do pet e as gaiolas onde os animais ficam dão para serem vistas dentro da parte de espera.
My dog always bathes and groomes at Xuxucão. The petshop has nice owners who know how to welcome customers. The woman responsible for the bath and grooming is fantastic with animals, I am always very pleased when I go. The petshop is extremely careful. Outside, you can follow the pet's bath and the cages where the animals can be seen inside the waiting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e profissionais bons, mas meu gato morreu em uma simples castração nessa clínica. Não recomendo fazer procedimentos cirúrgicos nela enquanto não houver uma sala de observação e equipe capacitada em reanimação animal dedicada (e não só o recepcionista). Após o procedimento meu gato foi deixado sozinho dentro da caixa dele e como estava sedado e com coleira provavelmente a coleira apertou e ele morreu asfixiado. Se tivesse em um local adequado e sendo observado não ocorreria isso. E olhe que só demorei 40min pra chegar depois que avisou que terminou a cirurgia! A lição é que fiquem perto dos seus gatos durante toda a castração e outra coisa é que se tiverem condições financeira façam castrações em clínicas que tenham toda equipe veterinária, sala pós cirúrgica e afins, é mais seguro assim, existe milhões de complicações msm nas cirurgias mais simples e não só as fatalidades.
Good care and professionals, but my cat died in a simple castration in this clinic. I don't recommend doing surgical procedures on it until there is an observation room and dedicated staff trained in animal resuscitation (and not just the receptionist). After the procedure my cat was left alone inside his box and as he was sedated and with a collar, the collar probably tightened and he died of asphyxiation. If it were in a proper place and being watched this would not happen. And look, it only took me 40min to get there after you announced that the surgery was over! The lesson is that they stay close to their cats during the entire neutering and another thing is that if they are financially able, they do castrations in clinics that have the entire veterinary team, post-surgical room and the like, it is safer that way, there are millions of complications in surgeries simpler and not just the fatalities.
