★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível.cheguei as 16 horas e 5 minutos e como são intolerantes e insensíveis não deram uma tolerância que horário aqui está explícito até as 17 horas.a atendente ainda perguntou pra uma supervisora se podia atender e ela negou.descaso total.
Não custava só tinha eu e tava os PCs ligados ainda.
Lamentável.porque nós e é que pagamos o salário deles.
 I arrived at 16 hours and 5 minutes and as they are intolerant and insensitive, they did not give a tolerance as to what time is explicit here until 5 pm. The attendant also asked a supervisor if she could answer and she denied it.
It didn't cost just me and the PCs were still on.
It is unfortunate. Because we and we pay their wages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei, cheguei, estava em greve. Nem pra avisarem. Agora que, tempos depois, consegui tirar o RG, não dá pra pegar porque trabalho no horário deles e não abre sábado nem por curto período. Estão de parabéns, hein.
I scored, I arrived, I was on strike. Not to warn you. Now that, some time later, I managed to get the ID, I can't pick it up because I work on their schedule and it doesn't open on Saturday or even for a short period. Congratulations, huh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o agendamento pelo telefone para tirar RG do meu filho e segunda via do meu, recebi a confirmação do agendamento e posteriormente por e-mail. Quando cheguei no local, no dia e hora marcados recebo a notícia que estão em greve, perdi a viagem e com criança pequena. Isso é um descaso, deveria haver informações entre as partes, assim nem agendariam.
I made the appointment by phone to get my son's ID and duplicate of mine, I received the confirmation of the appointment and later by email. When I arrived at the place, on the scheduled day and time I received the news that they are on strike, I missed the trip and with a small child. This is a disregard, there should be information between the parties, so they wouldn't even schedule it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estou com um problema na minha carteira, marquei em janeiro, falaram que iriam resolver e me ligar no dia seguinte, e nada, marquei em outro lugar me falaram que era só ir novamente aí, pra pegar a minha carteira. Fui até aí, e nada de eles resolverem, e ainda a mulher que me atendeu quis me passar como mentirosa, mas ainda bem que no sistema deixa o nome da pessoa que faz as coisas. Péssimo atendimento, me arrependi de ter marcado aí. Com certeza se fosse algum parente/ amigo eles já tinham resolvido o problema. Péssimo
Poor service, I have a problem in my wallet, I made a note in January, they said they would solve it and call me the next day, and nothing, I dialed somewhere else, they told me it was just to go there again, to get my wallet. I went there, and none of them solved, and still the woman who answered me wanted to pretend to be a liar, but still good that the system leaves the name of the person who does things. Terrible service, I regretted having checked there. For sure if it was some relative / friend they had already solved the problem. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá dia 29/11 pra requerer meu CDI e lá me entregaram um papel e pediram pra eu olhar no site depois de 3 dias. Fiz isso e meu certificado já estava pronto e assinado. Já imprimi e agora só tenho que levar lá dia 06/12 (provavelmente jurar bandeira). Obs: Horário de atendimento lá agora é de 8:00 às 12:00, se ainda for pagar a taxa do Certificado, lá eles entregam o boleto pra você pagar no Banco do Brasil (tem um lá perto, mas abre só às 10:00 e fecha às 16:00).
I went there on 11/29 to apply for my CDI and there they handed me a paper and asked me to look at the site after 3 days. I did this and my certificate was ready and signed. I've already printed it and now I only have to take it there on 12/06 (probably swearing to the flag). Note: Office hours there are now from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, if you are still paying the certificate fee, they will deliver the bank slip for you to pay at Banco do Brasil (there is one nearby, but it only opens at 10: 00 and closes at 16:00).
