★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Ao questionar o vendedor Erisvaldo se a loja vendia um determinado produto, em vez de simplesmente responder SIM ou NÃO, me respondeu que eu devia comprar o produto 5 vezes maior e jogar fora o excedente! O que está acontecendo??
Terrible attendance. When questioning the seller Erisvaldo if the store sold a certain product, instead of simply answering YES or NO, he replied that I should buy the product 5 times bigger and throw away the surplus! What is happening??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha visto falar que era uma péssima loja para se comprar materiais de construção . Só que até aí não dei ouvido , comecei uma reforma em minha casa e comprei todos materiais nessa loja yabiku que fica na avenida santa catarina . Continuando um dos itens que comprei tinha telhado , comprei 10 telhados , porém assim que o meu pedreiro colocou eles tudo certinho , na primeira chuva que o telhado novo que comprei de 10 nove está tudo trincado com fissura , assim que notei entrei em contato com a loja yabiku , mandei um pequeno vídeo mostrando oque tava acontecendo , eles de imediato não deram nenhuma importância , depois de muitas insistência a gerente da yabiku me flw que iria vim um técnico em casa que aí ja não era mais com eles , blz depois de alguns dias o técnico veio , tirou algumas fotos flw que aquilo não era normal que realmente o telhado tava com umas fissuras , e que iriam analisar e que provavelmente eles iriam me fazer uma proposta . Depois de mais uns dias eles me ligaram falando que a telha não foi colocada corretamente pelo nosso pedreiro , e que eles não podiam fazer nada . Ridículo isso mais não vai ficar assim não vou correr atrás do meus direitos , porque eu comprei foi pago e estou tendo muito prejuízo com esses telhados molhando dentro de casa . Uma injustiça isso

Continuing one of the items I bought had a roof , I bought 10 roofs , but as soon as my mason put them all right , in the first rain the new roof I bought from 10 nine is all cracked with fissures , as soon as I noticed I got in touch with the yabiku store , I sent a small video showing what was happening , they immediately did not care , after many insistence the yabiku manager flw me that a technician would come to my house who was no longer with them , blz after a few days the technician came , took some flw pictures that it was not normal that the roof really had some cracks , and that they would analyze it and that they would probably make me a proposal . After a few more days they called me saying that the tile was not placed correctly by our mason, and that they could not do anything. It won't be ridiculous, but I won't run after my rights, because I bought it, it was paid for and I'm having a lot of losses with these roofs getting wet inside the house. an injustice that
